ISO 9001:2000 Registered

Sutherland Industries (parent of Sutherland Felt Company) received ISO 9001:2000 Registration in August 2003. Our quality system includes comprehensive inventory management software that allows us to ensure we are always in stock on the majority of our felt material. Our lot numbering system allows us to track material through production to converted and/or laminated products.

PPAP
Sutherland Felt can develop control plans, part submission warrants, process flow diagrams, and all other information related to level I, II, and III PPAP submissions. If necessary, Sutherland can coordinate material testing with a local A2LA accredited lab.

SPC
As required Sutherland Felt will supply computerized Statistical Process Control (SPC) data for dimensional part specifications.
